OLD-FASHIONED OATMEAL PIE
3/4 cup honey
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
3/4 cup coconut
3/4 cup dried cranberries, currants or raisins
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
9-inch unbaked pie shell
whipped cream, if desired

Combine all ingredients except pie shell and whipped cream; mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 Degrees F 40 to 45 minutes or until filling browns and knife blade inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Top with whipped cream, if desired, and serve. Makes 8 servings.
